Thank you for being a part of Direct Connection Lawn Services’ Exclusive Membership program! This will be your resource for all things Silver, Gold, and Diamond. Below you will find information regarding different memberships, perks, frequently asked questions, and more!
Silver Membership - By being a Silver Member you receive professional routine lawn maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging) as you already have in the past. By being a Silver Member you will have priority service over non member clients and be entered into a quarterly drawing for giveaways at no extra charge. All included in your lawn maintenance costs.
Gold Membership - By being a Gold Member you receive professional routine lawn maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging) as you already have in the past, plus our yearly fertilization program. Four applications a year, truly aimed at giving your lawn all the nutrients it needs to flourish. Optionally you can also add an application of our brand new grub control fertilizer, only available for our exclusive members. Gold Members also receive all Silver perks and benefits plus discounted Core Aeration and a 5% discount for all total Gold Member services.
Diamond Membership - By being a Diamond Member you receive professional routine lawn maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging) as you already have in the past, plus our yearly fertilization program. Four applications a year, truly aimed at giving your lawn all the nutrients it needs to flourish. Optionally you can also add an application of our brand new grub control fertilizer, only available for our exclusive members. Additionally, you will receive two seasonal cleanups and/or two rounds of shrub/bush trimmings. Diamond Members also receive all Silver and Gold perks and benefits plus unlimited lawn maintenance, (see details on next page). 50% off optional grub control fertilizer application, and an exclusive Diamond Members only T shirt and hat!
Lawn Maintenance - Includes mowing, trimming, edging. Default weekly 25 billed visits as needed for Silver and Gold members. If season calls for more than 25 services, then additional visits will be billed separately, unused visits will not be refunded
Fertilizer Program - Includes 4 billed applications a season plus optional grub control
Seasonal Cleanups - Includes 2 billed cleanups either in early Spring or Fall. Clients choice to skip Spring cleanup and schedule both services in the Fall
Shrub Trimming - Includes 2 billed shrub trimming services to be scheduled April/May and October
Welcome Kit - An exclusive gift to thank all members who sign up
Fixed Monthly Rate - Set monthly rate for membership services running 12 months and is fixed and will not change. You know exactly how much you are paying each month
Priority Service - Member services will be completed first before non members and given priority when scheduling
Cancel Anytime - Literally cancel whenever you choose. No commitment. No refunds for payments made before the cancellation. Services end when membership ends
Quarterly Raffles - Each tier of membership is entered to win gifts and prizes drawn at the end of each quarter
5% Discount - Gold and Diamond members receive 5% off all membership services
Discounted Aeration - Gold and Diamond members receive 15% off Core Aeration services in Spring and/or Fall. Overseeding not applicable
Unlimited Mowing - Diamond members receive unlimited as needed lawn maintenance visits. Default weekly 25 billed, if the season calls for more, visits are on us
50% Off Grub Control - Diamond members receive optional grub control 50% off
Exclusive Merch - Diamond members receive exclusive hat and t-shirt
Frequently Asked Questions -
Q - What is the deadline to start membership?
A - March 1st 2025
Q - Can I switch membership tiers after March 1st?
A - No, all membership tiers are locked after deadline until next year sign up period
Q - Will services cost more in exclusive membership than non membership services?
A - Not at all, service costs are the same inside or outside membership
Q - If I decide I don’t want membership after sign up, can I revert back to normal service standards?
A - Absolutely, but there will be no refunds for already made membership payments
Q - What if I need additional services later in the season? Will that change my monthly rate?
A - Additional services not outlined in your membership will be estimated and billed separately after service is completed
Q - Can I have membership without lawn maintenance?
A - Lawn maintenance is required in Exclusive Membership
Q - Will I get a refund if the season doesn’t allow for 25 lawn maintenance services?
A - Any unused routine visits will not be refunded
Q - Why is 25 lawn maintenance visits default?
A - This is the average number of minimum weekly services needed in recent years
Q - What if I am normally on a bi-weekly schedule? How many visits is that?
A - If you are normally on a bi-weekly lawn maintenance schedule, the default visits billed will be 13
Q - Can I pick and choose which fertilizer applications I want?
A - Gold and Diamond members must receive 4 applications per season with an option for grub control
Q - Can I cancel a certain application if I decide I do not want it?
A - Yes you can, but the monthly rate covers 4 applications as part of your membership
Q - If I am Diamond tier do I have to have both shrub trimming and seasonal cleanups?
A - No, just one or the other or both if you would like
Q - When will you schedule my shrub trimmings?
A - The first trim will be in the Spring, and the second before late Fall in the month of October
Q - Can I schedule both seasonal cleanups later in the year to help remove more leaves?
A - Yes you can
Q - Will I receive 15% off aerations if I want it in both Spring and Fall?
A - Yes you will receive 15% off all core aerations while you are a Gold or Diamond member
Q - Do I really get free lawn maintenance after my 25/13 services?
A - Yes you do if you are a Diamond member
